ORGANOPHOTONIC SENSING

The organophotonic sensing lab at TUD, University of Technology Dresden, Institute for Solid State Electronics, and Kurt-Schwabe-Institut (KSI) Meinsberg, Germany, is developing new sensors for application in biophotonics and medicine. Headed by Prof. Dr. Caroline Murawski, the lab works at the interface of material research and device development based on organic semiconductors and in particular using organic light-emitting diodes (OLEDs) and organic photodiodes (OPDs).
